Angela Coons

Angela D. Crosetto Coons Coffeyville resident, Angela Dawn Crosetto Coons, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at Via Christi St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. She was 24. The daughter of Larry F. and Mary Lou Hughes Crosetto, she was born November 2, 1982, in Tulsa, OK. She was raised in Coffeyville where graduated from Field Kindley High School in 2001. She received an associate degree from Coffeyville Community College and then attended Pittsburg State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 2006. She was united in marriage to Randy Coons May 29, 2002, in Miami, OK. To this union were born Christian Scott Coons and Brooklyn Irene Coons. Angela leaves her children and husband, all of Coffeyville. Angela was employed as a case manager with Comcare of Sedgwick County at the time of her death. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Coffeyville. Other survivors include her parents, Larry and Mary Crosetto of Coffeyville and her sister and husband, Teresa and Matthew Bowman of Lawrence, Kansas; paternal grandmother, Virginia Crosetto of Coffeyville; maternal grandparents, Jack and Allene Hughes of Nowata, Oklahoma. She also leaves many friends and admirers from the Mirza Shrine, Prairie Meadows and Comcare. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at the First Presbyterian Church. A private family committal will take place at a later date.
