Ann Harmon

Caney resident, Ann Marie Harmon died Wednesday, January 30, 2008 in Coffeyville. She was 39. Ann was born April 30, 1968 to Thomas and Sue Snell Harmon in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She grew up in Caney, Kansas. She attended CaneyValleyHigh School and later received her G.E.D. Ann worked as a receptionist for local hotels. She enjoyed playing board games and spending time playing with her two Rat Terriers, Paco and Nipper. Ann was a very caring person who helped anyone when needed. Ann is survived by her parents, Tom Harmon of Coffeyville, Kansas and Sue Farris of Caney; son, Joshua Harmon of Caney, Kansas; her soulmate, Ed Williams of the home; three brothers, John, Miles, and Mike Harmon, all of Caney, Kansas; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, February 04, 2008 at 2 pm at the Caney United Methodist Church. Angela DeFisher will officiate. The family requests dress for the services to be casual. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or the United Methodist Church of Caney. These may be left in care of the funeral home.
