Argyle Pearce

Coffeyville resident, Arglye N. Pearce, died on January 15, 2008 in Coffeyville, Kansas. She was 94. Argyle was born on March 11, 1913 in West Plains, Missouri to G.B. and Rosa E. Callahan Pulley. She graduated from Field Kindley High School and later earned a degree in cosmetology. Mrs. Pearce was a hair stylist and a homemaker. She worked many years as a hairdresser in the community. Argyle is survived by a sister Ruby Cary and a brother Virgil Pulley. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Charles Pearce. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 25, 2008 at Robbins Cemetery west of Coffeyville. Jennifer Snook will officiate. Friends may call on Thursday, January 24, 2008 from 9 am until 9 pm at Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Funeral Home to sign the guest register.
