Betty Andrus

Betty Ruth Andrus, 73, of Coffeyville, Kansas died Thursday, April 22, 2010 at Continuous Care in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was born July 15, 1936 in Agra, Oklahoma to George Smith and Ida Gragg. Betty was raised and attended grade school in Agra and lived in Niotaze, Kansas in early adulthood. On May 7, 1966 she married ClaudeBill Andrus in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death in 1992. Betty loved playing bingo, fishing and gambling in Las Vegas. She is survived by her children: Robert Ledbetter and wife Lena, Nora Tuttle and husband Larry, Darrell Andrus, Donald Andrus and Diana Hills, sisters: Neva Gorrell and Lorena Martin, brother Willis Smith, 25 grandchildren and 25 greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Rickey Ledbetter. Funeral services for Betty Ruth Andrus will be held on Sunday, April 25, 2010 at 2:00p.m. at PenwellGabel Funeral Home in Coffeyville, Kansas.
