She was born May 1, 1925 in Altoona, Kansas to Glenn B. Middleton amp; Golda E. Sauders Middleton. She attended school Belleview District 10 in Oklahoma. Billie Jean graduated from Field Kindley Memorial High School 1943. On March 27, 1947 she married Fred Fisher at Independence, Kansas. After their marriage they made their home in South Coffeyville. Mr. Fisher worked on construction throughout the United States. He preceded her in death on May 30, 1987. Employment history: She worked for Beech Aircraft during WWII, Automotive Control of Independence, KS. She also worked for Hardees in Coffeyville. She was also a homemaker. Hobbies include: fishing, gardening, bird watching, bowling an avid animal lover. She attended the First Church of God, Coffeyville. She was a member of the VFW Post 1022 Womens Auxiliary. She is survived by six daughters: Connie Fisher, Liberty, KS.; Sandra Phillips, Coffeyville, KS.; Cheryl Green, Coffeyville, KS; Patricia Kucyk, Wichita, KS.; Tammy Kinsley, Newton, IA. Shelia Morales, Coffeyville, KS. 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, 1 brother Robert E. Bob Middleton, Independence, KS., 1 aunt, Opal McCracken, Columbia, Missouri. 1 uncle, Earl Sauders, KC, MO. She was preceded in death by husband, Fred Fisher, one son, Robert Charles Bobby Fisher, parents, one daughter-in-law, Bonnie Lynn Fisher. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday March 23, 2007 at the First Church of God Coffeyville, KS. Pastor Mark Wilson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Veterans Garden of Penwell-Gabel Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 2000 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, KS.
