Carl Branden Tracy 1981 2006 Carl Branden Tracy, age 25, entered into rest on December 5, 2006, at the St. Johns Medical Center, Joplin, Missouri. He was born January 21, 1981, to Vickie Ingram Tracy and Sidney Tracy in Coffeyville, Kansas. Carl attended Field Kindley Memorial High School his freshman year. Their family then moved to Lawrence, Kansas. Carl returned to Coffeyville in 2000. He was currently enrolled at Coffeyville Community College where he was pursuing a degree in horticulture. Carl was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Hobbies included: fishing, music, video games and being around children and family. Survived by his father and mother, David and Vickie Howe, Coffeyville, Ks.; four sisters, Kim Tatman, Coffeyville, Ks.; Allison Pryor, Moore, Ok.; Raegan Franca, Tulsa, Ok.; Heather Tracy, Tulsa, Ok.; one brother, Neil Howe, Coffeyville, Ks. Maternal Grandmother, Delpha Ingram, Coffeyville, Ks. Two nieces, Micha and Sydney Brown both of Coffeyville and three nephews, Rylan and Reeve Franca both of Tulsa, Ok.; Bobby Tatman, Coffeyville. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 8, 2006 at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, KS 67337. Reverend Richard Jenkins of the First Southern Baptist Church of Coffeyville will be officiating.
