CliffordSonny L. Knisley 1935 2007 CliffordSonny L. Knisley, age 71, South Coffeyville, Oklahoma resident, entered into rest on March 27, 2007 at the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, Coffeyville, Kansas. Clifford was born July 20, 1935 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Lou and Florence McGinnis Knisley. He attended Coffeyville and Lenapah schools. On October 30, 1953 he married Dollie Ann Sitsler in Coffeyville, Kansas. They were married for 53 years. From 1953 1954 he was employed with Continental Can of Coffeyville. In 1955 he went to work for Farmland Industries as an Operator. He retired September 1, 1997 after 42 years of service. He was a member of the Operator Engineers, American Legion Post 20 both of Coffeyville. Hobbies include hunting, gardening and most of all he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his great-grandchildren. Survivors include his wife Dollie of the home in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma; 2 sons, C.L. Knisley Debbie, Tom Knisley Sandy, 2 daughters, Becky Flanders David, Jerri Ann Dickson Gordon all of South Coffeyville, OK. 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren 2 sisters, Mary Jane Kitterman and Sandy Kuehn Wayne both of South Coffeyville, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no visitation or calling hours at the Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Friday, 10:00 a.m., March 30, 2007 at the Emmanuel Chapel, 5th and Seminole of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma. Rev. Eddie Greenfield will be officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to the South Coffeyville Fire Department or the Shriners Children Hospital. co Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home.
