Connie J. May 1944 2006 Connie J. May, age 61, entered into rest on October 26, 2006 at the Coffeyville Regional Medical, Coffeyville, Kansas. Connie was born in Sedan, Kansas December 18, 1944 to Clarence E. Manley and Letha R. Davis Manley. She was a graduate of Edna High School, Edna, Kansas. Connie worked for Standard Motors in Independence, Kansas as an assembler. She previously had worked for Western Publishing Company of Coffeyville. Survivors include: 3 brothers, Charles E. amp; Jim Manley both of Edna, Kansas; Bennie Manley of Afton, Ok. 1 sister, Anna Mae VanDyne of Edna, Ks. Many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitationcalling hours: Mrs. May will lie in state on Sunday, October 29, 2006 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, KS. Family will receive friends from 7 pm 8 pm Sunday evening at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, 10:00 a.m., October 30, 2006 at Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, KS. Pastor Larry Wilkes will be officiating. Burial will follow in the N. Edna Cemetery, Rural Edna, Ks. Memorial contributions may be given to the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice or Edna Library co Penwell-Gabel F.H.
