Cynthia Renée Caulkins age 38 of Coffeyville peacefully left this home on earth on March 30, 2020 at her home. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel and a service to remember and celebrate her life will be held once the world heals and we are able to embrace each other again.
