Darryl Brook

Darryl Brook, 38 of Coffeyville, KS passed away Saturday, July 12, 2008 in an automobile accident. Darryl was born on August 21, 1969 in Atchison, KS, the son of Frank and Wanda Morris Brook. He grew up and attended school in Caney, KS. He was a general laborer and worked in Emporia, Independence and Coffeyville; currently employed by Jencast International. Darryl is survived by his fianc, Denise Readel and four step-sons, Billy, Larry, Matthew, Jacob, all of the home; his parents; brothers, Frank L. Brook and wife, Carrol of Madison, KS, Tracy Brook and wife, Shelly of Independence, KS, and Roy Brook and fianc, Sally of Coffeyville, KS; one sister, Deborah Wilson of Coffeyville, KS; fifteen nieces and nephews and eleven great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Wayne Brook, maternal grandparents, Bob and Hazel Morris, and paternal grandparents, Leroy and Ruth Brook, and one great-nephew, Kaden Schroeder. A memorial service for Mr. Brook will be held Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel. Inurnment will be at a later date in Robbins Cemetery, West of Coffeyville, KS.
