Don McMichael 1947 - 2005 Don McMichael, age 58, former Coffeyville, Kansas resident passed away on September 18, 2005 at his resident in Murchison, Texas. Don was born in Coffeyville, Kansas on June 27, 1947 to Claud McMichael and Pauline Hardy McMichael. He was born and raised in Coffeyville community. Don attended Whittier Elementary School. He was a 1966 Graduate of Field Kindley Memorial High School both of Coffeyville. His hobbies included: his dogs, yard work and tinkering with his vehicles. He was drafted into the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. 1966 - 1969. He worked for Funk Manufacturing and Sherwin Williams both of Coffeyville. He moved and worked in Dallas, Houston, Texas. He later moved to Murchison, Texas and worked in Athens, Texas at the Cheerleaders Inc., He was in the maintenance department. He is survived by his sister Carolyn Roberson and husband Ellis of Coffeyville. He was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation has taken place and Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 1, 2005 at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, Kansas. Calling Hours Visitation: 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2005. Private Inurnment will take place in the Moran Cemetery, Moran, Kansas. Memorial contributions: American Lung Association co Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, Ks.
