Doris Moore

Doris Jean “Bebe” (Triebel) Moore, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, great-grandmother, passed away peacefully in her sleep during the early hours of Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in Ponca City, OK.  She will be missed in death as much as she was loved in life.

Bebe was born on August 1st of 1928 to parents Albertus McKinley Triebel and Emma Augustine Kastler.  She attended high school in Coffeyville, KS.  Throughout her life, she worked many different jobs to provide for her family, and she always found ways to keep them busy and to make life fun.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bert and Emma; brother Bud and his wife Wanda Triebel; Sam and his wife Betty Triebel; sisters Lula, and her husband Bob Russel, Norma and her husband Ivan LaDuke; and sister-in-law Margie and her husband, Don Walker; sons, Gary, Bill, and Jim.

She is survived by daughter, Judy, and son, Jeff, many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  While Bebe had 5 children of her own, she was a mom to so many more.  Her nieces, nephews, and friends all saw her as their "second mother".

Bebe loved cooking, playing cards, reminiscing and making memories with her family and friends, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  Those not related to Bebe were welcomed as family upon meeting her.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 11:00am at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at North Edna Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be made payable to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma and they may be sent in care of Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel 2405 Woodland Ave. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
