Dorrisann Staton

Dorrisann Beeman Staton, age 77, of Coffeyville, Kansas died Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma after a long illness surrounded by her family.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 15, 2013 at the FordWulfBruns Chapel with the Reverend Daniel Knight of the Bible Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery under the direction of the FordWulfBruns Chapel in Coffeyville, Kansas.

Visitation hours will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 15, 2013 with the family receiving friends at the FordWulfBruns Chapel.

Dorrisann was born March 13, 1935 to Harold and Della McCoy Angleton. The youngest of four children. She grew up in Coffeyville, Kansas and attended the Coffeyville School System. In 1952 Dorrisann married Harry D. Beeman they made their home in Coffeyville, Kansas and later moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Harry preceded her in death in 1964.

In 1970 Dorrisann married Harvey Shane and he preceded her in death in 1983. She later married Mickey Staton of Coffeyville in 1998. Mickey preceded her in death in December of 2012.

Survivors include three sons Harry Russell Beeman and wife Kathy of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Rick Beeman and wife Debbie of Dewey, Oklahoma and David Beeman of Coffeyville, Kansas one daughter Cheryl Templeton of Bartlesville, Oklahoma 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren one sister Dorothy Lessman of Golden City, Missouri and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands one sister Darlene Hardy, one brother John Angleton and one grandson Brian Beeman.
