George Riley

George Johnny Riley age 74, of Coffeyville, KS passed away on September 12, 2016 at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.

George was born on January 29, 1942 in Gann, Oklahoma to Earl and Ruby (Harris) Riley. His family moved Coffeyville when they made Gann into Grand Lake. He attended school in Coffeyville, after school he started working in the foundry. On March 6, 1953 he was united in marriage to Linda Pearl Head, the couple was blessed with two sons Danny and Thomas. George enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, working on cars and most of all fishing.

Survivors honoring his memory are his wife Linda, sons; Danny Joe Riley and Thomas William Riley, brother William Riley, sisters Louise Merton and Glory Tackett, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Honoring George's wishes, cremation under the care of Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel will take place and the family will host a memorial service on Saturday September 17, 2016 at 1:00pm at Gibbs Hall at 207 W Broadway, South Coffeyville, Oklahoma.
