Harry John Miller 93 of Coffeyville, Kansas was born on November 21st, 1929, and passed away April 4th, 2023 peacefully at home with his wife of 73 years, Phyllis Marie (Blagg) Miller by his side. Harry served his community as a Montgomery County Sherriff’s Deputy for several years where he was proud to be a founding member of Montgomery County’s first Scuba Dive Rescue Team.
Harry was proceeded in death by his father and mother, Bob and Jessie (Ball) Miller, brothers Walter Miller and Bob Miller, daughter Pam (Miller) McGeary, son-in-law Daniel McGeary, and un-named twin McGeary grandsons. Harry is survived by his wife Phyllis Marie (Blagg) Miller, daughter and son-in-law Terri (Miller) and Michael Wayne III, nephews Tim Miller and wife Liz, Brent Blagg and wife Roxie, nieces Brenda (Blagg) Smith and husband Mike, Bridget (Blagg) Everett, Ann (Miller) Colliander and husband Dick and Vicki (Blagg) Staudenmyer and husband Vince, grandchildren Suni McGeary, Stephanie Dingman and husband Ryan Dingman, Jason Wayne and wife Melanie, great-grandchildren Leland and Avie Mae Vanwinkle, Anna Compton, Mallori, Owen and Dax Dingman, Kreed and Kloey Wayne and great-great grandchild Delilah.
