Hubert Greeley

Hubert L. Greeley, 72, Bartlesville, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2006, at his home in Bartlesville. Hubert was born July 7, 1933, in Mountain View, Oklahoma the son of James P. and Myrtle Greeley. Hubert served in the United States Army from 1957-1958 in Korea. He attended Oklahoma State University. Mr. Greeley worked for Philips Petroleum. He married Joyce Charlene Bigbie on November 4, 1951 in Carnegie, Oklahoma. She passed away December 16, 2005. He was preceded in death by one son Phillip Christopher Greeley on February 15, 2002. He was also preceded in death by his parents and his wife and two sisters. He is survived by: 2 Brothers: Lloyd Greeley Bethany, Oklahoma Melvin Greeley Mt. Dora, Florida 1 Sister: Elizabeth Megli Weatherford, Oklahoma 1 Grandson: Clinton Hughes Claremore, Oklahoma A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 2006, at the Robbins Cemetery west of Coffeyville with the Reverend Richard Jenkins officiating. Mr. Greeley will lie in state from 1-9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be given to the First Southern Baptist Church in Coffeyville.
