Irma L. Carr 1914 - 2006 Irma L. Carr, age passed away on May 8, 2006 at the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center in Coffeyville, Kansas. She was born January 3, 1914 Crosstown, Missouri to Benjamin Conrad Hemman and Anna Marie Kassel Hemman. She moved to Coffeyville as a child in 1919. She attended Lutheran Parochial School and Coffeyville Business College. She was employed with Coffeyville Regional Medical Cener for 12 years retiring in 1976. She was a Ward Clerk and Nurses aide. She was a lifetime member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Coffeyville, Kansas. Priscilla Guild of Lutheran Womens Missionary League. She married Carl William Schuetz, July 7, 1935 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death September 9, 1945. She married Lawrence James Carr November 16, 1948 in Coffeyville, Kansas. Mr. Carr preceded her in death November 3, 1996. Survivors include: 2 step-sons, Larry Gene Carr, Coffeyville, Ks.; Ronald Wayne Carr, Coffeyville, Ks. One brother, Runold Hemman of Coffeyville, Ks. 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Ada Schmidt, two brothers, Edmund Hemman amp; Milton Hemman. VisitationCalling hours: The body will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, 2006 at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, Ks. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 15, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Coffeyville, Kansas. Rev. Richard Peckman will be presiding.
