Irma Lee Kallenberger age 74, passed away on January 7, 2020 at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.
Irma was born on July 18, 1945 in Coffeyville to Oswald and Mattie (Jones) Garner. She attended grammar school in South Coffeyville, OK and high school in Lenapah, graduating with the class of ‘63. After high school while working at A&W she met Jim Noland, the couple married on December 17, 1963, they were blessed with a daughter and then later divorced. On March 19, 1988 Irma was united in marriage to William “Bill” Kallenberger. In addition to being a homemaker Irma worked outside the home at Dixon’s. She loved being a mother and a wife, she cared deeply for all of her family and it was her second nature meeting any of their needs. Irma had attended a couple of different churches over the years where she always had a heart for her faith and service to the Lord. She enjoyed playing her keyboard and surrounding herself with friends while at Tallgrass Estates in Bartlesville and most recently at the Guest Home Estates in Caney. Irma had a relative dry sense of humor but could fire back with the wittiest reply. She was always generous with her time when a friend or family member was in need or help or just someone to talk with.
Irma’s memories will live on with her daughter, LeAnn Noland, brothers; John Garner his wife Mary Ann, Dewey Garner, Steve Garner his wife Cathy, sister Marie Sparks, sister-in-law Eva Garner, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She now rests with her parents, her husband Bill, and her brother and sister-in-law Kenneth and Carol Garner.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 11:00am at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel with committal services being held at the Veteran’s Memorial Patio at Fairview Cemetery.
