Jack Eugene Akers, 59, of Coffeyville Kansas passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021. He was born in Coffeyville on December 26, 1961, to Don and Mary McCray-Akers. Jack grew up and lived in Dearing Kansas for most of his life. He married Sheila Kay White of South Coffeyville in 1988, they shared 17 years together and two daughters, Miranda Renee and Cheyenne Madison Akers. Jack loved spending time with his friends and family especially his grandson, Maverick. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, rodeo, talking to everyone, and joking around.
Survivors include his two daughters, Miranda and Cheyenne Akers; grandson, Maverick Andrew Volmer of Miranda and Riley Volmer; three sisters, Donna Thomas, Nancy Brewster, and Deborah Baker; one brother, Jason Akers; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughters mother Sheila.
