Jackie JoAnn Shamblin DeJear age 35 passed away October 9, 2018 at her home in Coffeyville, Kansas.

Jackie attended school in Caney, Kansas. She was active in the Caney Pioneer 4-H group while growing up. Jackie married Lester DeJear in June of 2002, they divorced in May of 2011. She worked at McDonalds in Coffeyville from July of 1998 to October 2012 working up the position of Assistant Store Manager.

Jackie enjoyed spending time with her boys, family and friends. She always lit up a room when she walked in.

Jackie is survived by her children, Andrew DeJear, Jacob DeJear and Kaleb DeJear; her parents, Jack & Sharon Shamblin; sisters, Stephanie Shamblin and Anna Shamblin all of rural Tyro, Kansas; Tracy Williams of Tulsa, Oklahoma; brothers, Tim Shamblin of Sedan, Kansas and Dillon Shamblin of Caney, Kansas; her grandparents, Jack Shamblin of Wann, Oklahoma and Imogene Shamblin of Independence, Kansas; aunts, uncles and numerous cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Grandpa Ray Donaghe, Grandma Ruth Donaghe and Great Grannie Loeta Doan, Great Grandpa Jeff Shamblin and Great Grandma Mildred Shamblin.
Family will receive visitors on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Lewark Church of God, 920 Lewark St., Coffeyville, KS from 3 to 5 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 10 am also at Lewark Church of God, burial will follow at Robbins Cemetery west of Coffeyville. The family as requested memorial contributions be made payable to DeJear Boys Account that has been established at Community National Bank, memorials may be left in care of the chapel as well.
