James Mcdaniel

James Vernon McDaniel, 76, formerly of Rossville, KS, passed away on March 12, 2010 at StormontVail Health Center. James was born in Coffeyville, KS on June 18, 1933, the son of Benjamin and Julia Taylor McDaniel. He married LaVonne M. Burns on February 20, 1956, she survives. Preceded in death by his parents, brother and sister. Surviving family members include: sister Laura Romines, Coffeyville KS daughters Debra Rodney Cote, Havelock NC Deena Delbert Alt McDaniel, Wichita KS sons, James Richard Angie and Jerry Terry, both of Topeka KS 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the Veterans Patio of Coffeyville39s Fairview Cemetery.
