James Mcintosh

James Leonard McIntosh CMSGT Ret. was born on March 4, 1939 in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, to Leroy and Velma McIntosh Both Deceased. He is survived by wife: Janet McIntosh of Colorado Springs, CO, son Keith McIntosh Penny of Tucson, AZ, daughters, Cheryl Smith of Wichita, KS , Jasmine and Jade McIntosh of Colorado Springs, CO, brothers Rayford McIntosh Lanetta of Tulsa, OK, Robert and Brent McIntosh of Aurora, CO, and Marion McIntosh of Springfield, OH, sisters, Clista Rozzell of Springfield, OH, Royan Thaxton Gerlad of Detroit, MI and Mary Marshall of Coffeyville, KS, grandchildren: Ian, Paige, Dane and Caymon. He was preceded in death by a brother, Austin McIntosh and a sister Mildred McIntosh. Chief McIntosh spent nearly 30 years in the Air Force. He enlisted in the Air Force in November 1959. He served his country with distinction. His decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal and the Air Force Commendation Medal. Bro Mac, as he is affectionately called by his church family, was an active member and leader in his church, New City Community Church. His knowledge of the Scriptures and commitment to live for Jesus Christ in private and public was a good example for family and friends. He will be missed by family and friends.
