James Sisco

James W. Sisco, 77, of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away Monday, December 22, 2008. James was born on September 27, 1931 in Yonkers, Oklahoma to William and Lillie Manley Sisco. In 1954, he married Helen L. Wisely. They raised their five children in Coffeyville. James retired from Sherwin-Williams after many years of service. He is survived by his wife, Helen Sisco, of the home; children, Michael Wayne Sisco of Callaway, Maryland, Janet Lynn Popplewell of Farmington, New Mexico, Cindy Bryant of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, Ricky Joseph Sisco of Lenapah, Oklahoma, and James Dale Sisco of Independence, Kansas; twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one brother, Ralph William Sisco. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, December 29, 2008 at Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, Pastor Tim Hessig will officiate.
