Joseph Benjamin Moley, 85, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012 at his home in Coffeyville, Kansas. Joe was born on October 2, 1926 in Kansas City, Missouri to Benjamin and Beulah Kay Moley. He graduated from Pittsburg High School and was a U.S. Navy veteran. On February 12, 1949, he married Dorothy Mae McNeal in Pittsburg, Kansas. He worked in the printing industry, working fifteen years for The Coffeyville Journal. He also had coached little league baseball teams and enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife sons, Joe Moley, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tom Terri Moley, Coffeyville daughters, Linda Moley, Coffeyville, and Cathy Moley, Coffeyville eight grandchildren and thirteen greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents sister, Beulah Wilderman and grandson, Joey Moley. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at PenwellGabelFordWulfBruns Chapel in Coffeyville, Kansas with Pastor Gary Davis officiating. Friends may call Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home to sign the guest register. Family will greet friends Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Coffeyville Community College Foundation Joe Moley Scholarship, these may be left with the funeral home.
