Joyce Ann Douglas 1948 - 2006 Joyce Ann Douglas, age 57, Coffeyville, Kansas resident, passed away at the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, Coffeyville, Kansas on January 18, 2006. She was born September 13, 1948 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Sal Starnes and Mildred Hawkins Starnes. She attended Coffeyville Schools in her younger years. She was a homemaker. On December 7, 1965 she married Ronald D. Douglas, Sr.. They later
orced. She is survived by her 4 children: Pam Rosa Juan, Coffeyville, Kansas; Ronald D. Douglas, Jr., Coffeyville, Kansas; Patty Tannahill, Coffeyville, Kansas; Penny Sailors Bill, McCook, Nebraska; 6 grandchildren; One sister, Mary Benfer, Delaware, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her son, Terry J. Douglas, parents, 2 sisters, JoAnn Bridges and Shirley Mitchell, 2 brothers, Robert and Wayne Starnes. There will be no Visitation scheduled. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 23, 2006 at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, Kansas 67337.
