Linda Myers

Linda Sue Myers 1943 2007 Linda Sue Myers, age 64, entered into rest on Saturday, February 17, 2007 at her residence in Westboro, Missouri. Linda was born on February 16, 1943 to Dale and Ernestine Hughes Buster in Coffeyville, Kansas. She was a 1961 graduate of Field Kindley Memorial High School, Coffeyville. On May 7, 1966 she married Earl Steven Myers in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They made their home in Wichita, Kansas and later moved to Edna, Kansas. Earl preceded her in death July 3, 1984. Linda moved to Missouri in 1990 where she has made her home until her passing. Linda worked for Aamp;W, Coffeyville Regional Medical Center and Edna Grocery. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Edna, Kansas. Survivors include daughters, Sandy Evert, Joplin, Missouri, and Sherry Cruse and husband, Donnie, Coffeyville, Kansas; son, Scott Myers, Cherryvale, Kansas; companion, Richard Brownfield, Westboro, Missouri; grandchildren, Nicci Pease, Dene Dobney, Kayla Myers, Stephanie Myers, Sami Cruse and Dylan Cruse. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Visitation calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave, Coffeyville, Kansas. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 22, 2007 at the First Southern Baptist Church, Coffeyville, Kansas. Rev. Rich Jenkins will be officiating. Interment will follow in the N.
