Linda Proctor Linda Proctor of Delaware, OK, died Thursday, November 29, 2007, at Coffeyville Regional Hospital. She was 66. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2007, at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Funeral Home. Dr. Wayne Norton will officiate. Friends may call to view and register Sunday from 1-9 p.m. The daughter of Elmer and Martha Helen Coffey Miller, she was born October 11, 1941, in Coffeyville, KS. She grew up and attended school in the Coffeyville area. She moved to Delaware, OK, with her family in 1959 where she resided until her death. She was a homemaker. Survivors include one son, David Proctor of the home; one brother, Jack Miller of the home; three sisters, Penny and Shirley King, both of Wann, OK, and Kay Tatum and her husband Leon of Copan, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are a brother, David Richard Miller; and three sisters Janie Miller, Geri King and Connie King.
