Lois Eileen Fisk, 98, formerly of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Grace Living Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lois was born on December 4, 1913 in Cedar Gap, Missouri to William and Essie Morris Marler. She grew up in the Iola, Kansas area where she attended school. She was the oldest of twelve children. On October 12, 1934 she was united in marriage to Harry Fisk in Lawrence, Kansas. The couple made their home in Coffeyville. Lois worked for NuWay Food Liner for twenty six years in the meat department. She was a volunteer for the American Red Cross in Coffeyville she was active with helping in the Mobile Blood Drives and was a lifetime donor. Lois enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Surviving to honor her memory is her daughter, Lee Milam of Tulsa, Oklahoma three grandchildren five greatgrandchildren and seven greatgreat grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Essie husband, Harry son, Paul daughter, Barbara Ruth and by her brothers and sisters. A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at La Harpe Cemetery in La Harpe, Kansas. Friends may call on Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at PenwellGabel FordWulfBruns Chapel in Coffeyville, Kansas to sign the guest register.
