Margaret Sadler

Margaret RosePeggey Sadler, 78, Coffeyville, died early Monday morning, July 25, 2011 at Asbury Village in Coffeyville. Peggy was born February 10, 1933 in Texas to William J. Sadler and Dorothy Frances Maher Sadler. She grew up in Texas and received her education there, graduating from the University of Texas in Austin. Peggy began a teaching career that ended with her retiring as a college professor after more than 30 years in the education field. After retiring, she made her home in Coffeyville. Peggy was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. She is survived only by her cousins and by several friends in Coffeyville, including Lois Bates and her family. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 29, 2011 at PenwellGabel FordWulfBruns Chapel with Father Ben Nguyen officiating. Burial will take place 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 1, 2011 at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery, Hitchcock, Texas under the direction of PenwellGabel Funeral Home amp Crematory. Friends may call at the funeral home, Thursday, 9am8pm and a Rosary Service will be held 6 p.m., Thursday at PenwellGabel Funeral Home amp Crematory.
