Mark Alan Henry, 55, surrounded by family quietly passed away on October 26, 2016 at Windsor Place Nursing Center in Coffeyville, Kansas.

Mark was born to Deanna Jean (Hurst) Henry and Richard Andrew Henry on August 14, 1961 in Coffeyville, Kansas. Mark was a 1980 Field Kindley High School graduate, where he enjoyed participating and being part of FFA. He was employed by Spears Mfg. for more than 20 years, during which time he rarely missed a day.

Mark was President and an active member of the Jaycees Club for multiple years. His favorite pastimes included volunteering for the South Coffeyville Fire Department, Star Trek and watching WWE wrestling.

Mark married Susan Elizabeth (VanCleave) on June 7, 1986 and had celebrated 25 years of marriage. The couple made their home in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma and was blessed with one son Andrew Alan Henry.

Mark is preceded in death by his wife Susan Henry, mother Deanna Henry, father Richard Henry, a sister Tammy Reanne Dupez, and by both maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by his son Andrew, his brother and sister-in-law Meredith and Connie Henry, nephew Richard Walter Henry, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, brother in-laws, sister in-laws, and cousins.

Mark will be dearly missed at Windsor Place Nursing Center where he had made many friends. The family wishes to thank the staff at Windsor Place for the great care he received and for the support from Harry Hynes Hospice.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 5, 2016 at 12:00 pm at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, with Father Marco De Loera of St. Andrews Catholic Church officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends are invited to sign the register and greet the family on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm at the Chapel. Mark and his family would like to request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the South Coffeyville Volunteer Fire Department.
