Marron Arvine Bolte, 86, of Wann, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2008 at her home. She was born on November 1, 1922 in Augusta, Kansas, the daughter of Ed and Tressa Glover. She grew up and attended schools in Augusta. Marron married LewisBus Bolte on January 1, 1941 in Augusta. He preceded her in death in 1990. In 1986, she retired from Automotive Controls Corporation where she was a final assembly production worker. Marron attended First Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed crafts and photography, and spending time with her family and friends. Surviving to honor her memory is her son, Roger Lee Bolte, of Wann, seven granddaughters and one grandson, five great-grandsons, two great-granddaughters, two sisters, one brother, and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death is her husband, Bus, two sons, Michael and Larry Bolte, her parents, and her step-mother, Kathryn Glover. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Funeral Home, 2405 Woodland Avenue, Coffeyville, Kansas. Interment will follow in Robbins Cemetery, West of Coffeyville. Friends may call to sign the guest register from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2008 at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. that evening. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Marron to Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
