Mary Robbins

Mary Loretta Robbins of Coffeyville passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010 at CRMC. She was 70. Mary was born on August 15, 1940 in Troy, Ohio to Lloyd and Thelma Welborn Robbins. She grew up in the Wichita, Kansas and Coffeyville, Kansas areas where she attended schools. Mary was a loving babysitter for eighteen years helping many mothers care for their children. She spent nine years sitting with and caring for the elderly and worked two years for Medicalodge Nursing Facility as a laundry worker. She was a former member of the Eastern Star, White Shrine, Dearing United Methodist Church and the Word of Faith Church in Coffeyville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Thelma and a sister, Nila Robbins. Friends may call on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at PenwellGabel FordWulfBruns Chapel in Coffeyville to sign the guest register. A private burial will take place at a later date.
