Obituary Michael Lee Halstead Former Coffeyville resident Michael Lee Halstead died on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 on Wichita, Kansas. He was 37. Michael was born on March 30, 1969 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Charles and Jo Ann Davis Halstead. He attended school through the eleventh grad and moved to Oswego in 1991. On June 21, 1997 he married Ernestine Gingery. The couple were married in Altamont. Michael worked at Superior Wheels in Pittsburgh, Kansas and later Acme Foundry. He moved to Freddonia about a year ago. Michael was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Fredonia. Survivors include his wife Ernestine Halstead, a daughter Samantha Halstead both of Coffeyville; a son Joseph Gingery of Fredonia, Kansas; his parents Charles and Jo Ann Halstead of Pensacola, Florida; a sister Charlotte Halstead of OKC, Oklahoma, a brother Raymond Halstead of Mississippi and a special friend Lila Wolford of Fredonia.
