Nellie Francis

Nellie Norene Francis 1922-2005 Nellie Norene Francis, age 82, currently of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away Saturday morning at St. Josephs Hospital in Hot Springs. Mrs. Francis was born in Garnett, Kansas, October 15, 1922 to Frederick and Nora Milton Campbell. She later married Leland Martin Francis deceased of Coffeyville, Kansas and resided in Coffeyville for more than 20 years. Survivors include one daughter, Diane E. Francis of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Mrs. Francis was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Coffeyville, Kansas and was also a member of the Laureate Mu Soroity for nearly 50 years. Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Coffeyville, Kansas. Calling hours will held Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., April 12, 2005 at the Penwell-Gabel, Ford Wulf Bruns Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at the Penwell-Gabel Ford Wulf Bruns, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Pastor Larry W. Cracraft will be presiding.
