Patricia Lynn Yates, 80, a longtime resident of the Coffeyville area passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Vintage Park Assisted Living Facility in Neodesha Kansas.
Pat was born on January 4, 1937 in Coffeyville, Ks. to Harry M. Bromley and Ina L. (Sparks) Bromley She attended Coffeyville area schools and prior to retirement was a home care provider.
Survivors include two sons Bill and Dick Yates, Daughter-in-law Alicia Yates, three grandchildren Cory, Richy and Heidi Yates and her brother Willis Bromley all of the Coffeyville Area.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ina Bromley and three brothers Jack, Richard, and Harry (Pudge) Bromley.
Pat enjoyed hanging out at the farm with her kids and grandkids, dancing, getting her hair done by Stacie Hough at Your Place in South Coffeyville, as well as playing video poker at the Casinos.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 10 at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., in Coffeyville from 5 to 7 P.M. A private inurnment will be held at a later date. The family has suggested memorial contributions be made payable to Alzheimer's Association, contributions may be left in care of the chapel.
