Rebecca Drysdale

Rebecca June Becca Drysdale age 39, of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away unexpectedly November 4, 2014 at her home.

Becca was born October 25, 1975 to Richard and Belinda Savage Robison. She was raised in the Coffeyville area attending Garfield, McKinley, and receiving her diploma from Oklahoma Union. During school Becca worked at the Stockyards and later as a CNA at Windsor Place. She continued her education at Coffeyville Community College and received her associates in nursing through Labette Community College. She was a great speller, even winning awards in grammar school and later during nursing school at the HOSA medical terminology contest.
Becca was united in marriage to Andrew Drysdale on September 1, 2007 in Eureka Springs Arkansas. Becca enjoyed being a mother to her 4 girls, reading, music, dancing, softball, and people. She was very humble and always placed her family and the needs of others before her own, making nursing a second nature to her. She loved her job as an emergency room nurse for Coffeyville Regional Medical Center and also Windsor Place. Helping, saving, and being there for others didnt seem like work for Becca. She was always vibrant and humorous always having a funny story to share. She was a great cook and loved cooking for her family and coworkers at the ER.

Above all Becca was family, devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She is survived by her husband Andrew Drysdale, 4 daughters, Murran Lee McKellips Ainsley Evan McKellips Maggie Dean Drysdale and Adeen Rhiannon Drysdale, parents Richard and Belinda Robison, a brother Doug Robison, a sister Melanie J Robison Savage, inlaws George and Margaret Drysdale, Johnny and Ginny McKellips, many uncles, aunts, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Jean and Verla Robison and Carl and Mabel Savage and 2 uncles.

Funeral services will be held November 10, 2014 at 11:00 am at Ford Wulf Bruns Chapel with interment following at Fairview Cemetery. The family invites friends to join them on Sunday November 9, 2014 from 2pm to 6pm at the Chapel to sign the register and share memories of Becca. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the McKellips Drysdale Education Fund her children set up with the Kansas Teachers Community Credit Union and may be left with the chapel.
