Ross Kirk K. Robison, age 52, of Coffeyville, Kansas died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 in Kemi, Finland.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 12, 2012 at the FordWulfBruns Chapel in Coffeyville, Kansas. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Coffeyville, Kansas with Military Honors by VFW Post 1022 and American Legion Post 20, under the direction of the FordWulfBruns Chapel in Coffeyville, Kansas.
Visitation hours will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 11, 2012 with the family receiving friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the FordWulfBruns Chapel in Coffeyville, Kansas.
The family has suggested memorials to VFW Post 1022 and contributions may be left at the FordWulfBruns Chapel in Coffeyville, Kansas.
Ross Kirk Kirkland Robison was born October 15, 1960 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Ross and Edith Irene Queen Robison. Kirk grew up in Coffeyville, Kansas and graduated from the Lenapah High School in 1979. On August 6, 1979 Kirk entered the United States Navy and served until his honorable discharge On July 6, 1983. Kirk then spent two years in the United States Navy Reserves.
Kirk worked at the Derby Gas Station, Plattner Welding Supply, Bell Eck Heating Air, Air Gas and was currently working at Amazon. He was a member of the VA and the VFW Post 1022.
Survivors include his father Ross William Robison of Claremore, Oklahoma one daughter Sherry and husband Bill Caldwell of Coffeyville, Kansas five brothers Jerry Carr, Boyd Carr, and Marty Carr all of Coffeyville, Kansas, Scott and Vernon Robison both of Salisaw, Oklahoma one sister Dena Carr of Coffeyville, Kansas three grandchildren Nathanial Foster, Micheal Caldwell and Reese Caldwell.
