Ruth Elaine Manley age 67, of Coffeyville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at CRMC in Coffeyville.
Ruth was born on February 4, 1948 to Louis Thomas and Lucille Marie (Felton) Manley in Coffeyville, Kansas. Ruth grew up in Wann, Oklahoma attended the Oakdale School Grade School, then attending Wann High School. She later obtained her GED.
Ruth had a love for animals, she had her own little farm with, goats, cats, and occasionally horses. She also had a passion for gardening and took great pride in her numerous varieties of roses. Most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and extended families.
Ruth is survived by her son, Vander Crow and his wife, Kim of Coffeyville, KS; daughters, Karen Yeubanks and husband, David of Wann, OK, Diana Thomas of Owasso, OK; sister, Shirley Soles of Caney, KS; brother, Harry Douglas of Jay, OK; fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by, her parents; brothers, Junior Douglas, James Douglas, and Lewis Manley
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel. Services for inurnment will take place at a later date and will be announced. The family has requested memorials to be made payable to the American Cancer Society, and may be left with the funeral home or mailed directly to: American Cancer Society, 330 S.
