Stefan BlaineSid Danielson, age 20, entered into rest on April 9, 2008 due to a motor vehicle accident. Stefan was born on February 5, 1988 in Concordia , Kansas to his mother Stephanie Jean Sorell LeBlanc and Jeffery Danielson. Stefan is survived by his mom and dad, Kenton and Stephanie LeBlanc; his sister, Rebecca Lynn LeBlanc and brother, Kollin Ray LeBlanc all of Clyde, Kansas; Maternal grandparents Steve and Jean Sorell of St. Joseph, Ks.; Paternal grandmother, Shirley LeBlanc of Clyde , Ks.; Maternal great grandparents Elsine and Herman Koch of Concordia, Ks., his aunts and uncles: Randy and Casey Sorell, Lawrence, Ks; Brad and Adrienne Sorell, Clyde, Ks., Uncle Vince and Uncle Riley Sorell of St. Joseph, Ks., Mark and Julie Chavey and Kevin and Renee LeBlanc both of Lenexa, Ks.; his cousins: Ann and Adam LeBlanc, Brooke and Courtney Chavey, Bryant Flesher, Cienna and Indiana Sorell and Elisa Sorell and girlfriend and best friend, Merrissa Palmer. Stefan was baptized at St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joseph , Kansas. Stefan was a past member of Holy Name Catholic Church, Coffeyville , Kansas and St. John The Baptist Church of Clyde, Kansas. Stefan was a graduate of Field Kindley Memorial High School in 2006. Stefan was active in a variety of sports since he was a young man including basketball, football, soccer and baseball. His true love of sports was for wrestling. He started wrestling with the Kids Club and continued on to compete at State for Field Kindley High School. Stefan was currently a student at Coffeyville Community College where he was anticipating his graduation in May. Stefan was active in Student Government at the Coffeyville Community College. Stefan had his sights set on attending Pittsburg State University in the Fall of 2008. Stefan was an avid sports fan and loved Texas football. Sid was a freak online at playing his NCAA 2008 College Football game on Playstation II. Sid enjoyed hangin out with all of his best buds; you know who you are. A visitation will be held Friday, April 11, 2008 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel of Coffeyville, KS, where the family will greet friends from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at St. John Catholic Church of Clyde, KS. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in St. Joseph, KS. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday at the church. Funeral services are under the direction of Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home of Concordia, KS. Friends may call at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 13, 2008 and from 11:00 a.m until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 14, 2008 The family has suggested memorial contributions to be given to the St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery Fund in care of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home of Coffeyville or Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home of Concordia.
