Stephannie Templeton

Stephannie Dawn Templeton, 48, Coffeyville, Kansas died Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at St. Lukes Community Medical Center, The Woodlands, Texas. Stephannie was born December 30, 1962 at Orange, California to Don Henry and Sondra L. Oskinson Henry. She left California at a very young age and moved to Joplin, Missouri. She came to Coffeyville in the mid1970s. Stephannie did data entry for Coffeyville Doctors Clinic for nine years. She married David Templeton on November 17, 2001 at Coffeyville. Stephannie attended the Coffeyville Church of Christ and enjoyed stained glass art and was learning to crochet. She loved to go camping and as a young girl, enjoyed horses. Stephannie loved her kids and family. Survivors include her husband, David, of the home her mother, Sondra LaSalleWatts and her husband, James of Coffeyville her father, Don Henry of Neodesha stepfather, LeRoy LaSalle and his wife, Peggy of Tulsa, Oklahoma one son, Caelan Templeton of the home a daughter, Amber Henry of the home one brother, Brett Henry of Bartlesville, Oklahoma a sister, Serena Taylor and her husband, Jeff of The Woodlands, Texas and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 16, 2011 at PenwellGabel FordWulfBruns Chapel with Rev. Wayne Martin officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday, July 15, 2011 from 8am9pm to sign the register book and family will receive friends from 78 pm. Friends who wish may donate to the Carl McCain Foundation and donations may be left at the funeral home.
