Thelma Glenn Wegner Thelma Glenn Wegner, age 87, passed away on August 18, 2006 in Coffeyville Regional Medical Center. She was December 30, 1918 in Wayne County, Illinois to Orin and Gladys Filkil Case. Survivors include sisters Ila Evans Andrews, Arlene Case Hoffman and Judy Case Kirkham and a brother Robert Case. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard Dick Wegner on December 11, 2000. five sisters and one brother. Cremation has taken place. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2006 in the Fairview Cemetery. Pastor David Bycroft will officiate.
