Timothy Ray Sykes Coffeyville resident, Timothy Ray Sykes entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at his home. Tim was born on August 18, 1961 in Coffeyville to Bill amp; Molly Sykes. He grew up and attended schools in Coffeyville. He married Tronta Guinn and they made their home in Coffeyville. They later
orced. He worked for Missouri-Pacific Railroad and Farmland Industries as well as working general construction for several years around several states. Tim enjoyed fishing and spending time with his granddaughter. He was a member of the American Legion in Coffeyville. He is survived by son, Stephen Sykes, wife, Kara and granddaughter Brooke Sykes of Coffeyville; parents Bill and Molly Sykes of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma; brothers, Eddie Sykes of Coffeyville, Terry Sykes and wife, Carla, of Delaware, Oklahoma; sister, Sue Banzet and husband, Richard, of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 9, 2007 at Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Funeral Home in Coffeyville with Pastor Kevin OConnor of the Dearing First Southern Baptist Church officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Fairview Cemetery in Coffeyville. Friends may call on Sunday, July 8, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Funeral Home to sign the guest book.
