Tony Lee Smith South Coffeyville, Oklahoma resident Tony Lee Smith passed away Sunday, September 10, 2006 at his home. He was 56. He was born March 2, 1950 in Coffeyville to Shelly Bill and Dorothy Gatlin Smith. He grew up and attended school at Sulphur School for the Deaf in Sulphur, Oklahoma. He graduated in 1968. Later he worked for Robinson Packer in Coffeyville and Emerson Electric in Independence. Tony enjoyed camping and fishing. He also loved riding horses. He attended the Deaf Ministry at the First Baptist Church in Bartlesville. He is survived by his parents Shelly Bill and Dorothy Smith of Wann, Oklahoma, one brother George Smith of Wann, OK; a sister Patsy Brooks of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma; a niece Pamela Dotson of Wann, OK; a nephew David Clark of Irvine, CA; three great-nephews Jesse, Dalton and William Billy Dotson. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, September 15, 2006 in the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Funeral Chapel. Pastor Ginny Davis will officiate and burial will follow at Penwell-Gabels Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday from 9 am until 9 pm and Thursday 9 am until 9 pm at the Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel to sign the guest book.
