Wyatt Cody Smith, infant son of Heath Cody and Dawn Raquel Fuller Smith passed away Wednesday evening, May 11, 2011 at CRMC. He is survived by his loving parents, Heath and Dawn of Tyro, Kansas paternal grandparents, Ralph and Mary Smith of Coffeyville, Kansas maternal grandmother, Dora Mae Wyckoff Fuller of South Coffeyville aunts, Samantha Smith of Coffeyville, Kansas, Chelsey Fuller of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, Julie Dumler of Pittsburg, Kansas, Lauren Roeder of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma uncles, David Smith of Coffeyville, Kansas, Shane Fuller of Pittsburg, Kansas, Dane Fuller of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma and Brian Knisley of Coffeyville, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Earl D. Fuller and uncle, Kristopher Fuller. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Coffeyville, Kansas. Reverend Ford Hall will officiate. Friends may call on Monday, May 16, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at PenwellGabel FordWulfBruns Chapel in Coffeyville to sign the guest register. Family will greet friends Monday evening at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
